Voice service maintenance scheduled for 16 November

Please note that due to the planned migration of the City of Cape Town Voice services, several incoming numbers may be disrupted during the hours of 18:00 to 20:00 on Thursday 16 November 2023.

The City does not have control of the change window as it is a nationally defined process and we will endeavour to limit any impact.

Where possible, the City will communicate alternative numbers to call.
